The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of any engagement will be agreed upon in a written proposal or contract before work begins.

7. Quotations, Invoices and Payment

Quoted fees are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Unless otherwise agreed, projects may require an advance payment before work commences. Invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the outstanding balance is settled.

8. User Account and Confidentiality

If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

9. Intellectual Property

On full receipt of payment, we assign ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of frameworks, libraries, and components developed independently. All content on onenetwork.solutions — including text, graphics, logos, and code — remains the property of OneNetwork Solutions Limited unless otherwise stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

OneNetwork Solutions Limited's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, data loss, third-party service outages, hosting provider issues, or problems arising from unauthorised changes made outside our scope.

11. Prohibited Use

This website must not be used to conduct, promote, or facilitate any unlawful activity. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its related systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.

12. OFAC Compliance
